We regularly receive requests from beauty salons looking for a text to explain to their customers the guidelines regarding cancellation fees for appointments that are not canceled or not canceled on time. Important notice for our valued customers: New policy regarding cancellation fees
Dear customers,
we would like to inform you about an important change that we are introducing in our beauty salon: The introduction of a cancellation fee for appointments that are not canceled or not canceled on time.
Effective immediately, a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment price will be charged if an appointment is not canceled or not attended at least 48 hours in advance. This measure helps us to manage our schedule efficiently and give other customers the opportunity to use our services.

To make your visit with us as pleasant and safe as possible, we ask you to fill out our customer questionnaire. This contains important information about your state of health, personal preferences and other relevant details. By completing this questionnaire, we can ensure that we can best meet your needs and customize your treatment accordingly.
