Eyelash lift no effect
Hey dear eyelash stylists! Sometimes not everything goes smoothly, and that goes for our beloved eyelash lift too. Here are a few reasons why it might go wrong and what you can do to save it:
Eyelash structures are different: Some lashes are just stubborn and don't want to be lifted, no matter how hard we try. It's like straight hair - sometimes it just won't work.
Application times are important: Perhaps the application times were too short. If this is the case, just try again with longer application times.
Be careful when fixing: Make sure that you fix the natural lashes firmly and tautly onto the silicone pad. Otherwise the result may be weak.
Do not use too much glue: Less is sometimes more. Too much glue can prevent the lotion from working properly.
Check the lotions: Are your lotions still fresh? Do the straw test to make sure they are still effective. Wrap a hair around a straw and see if it can be reshaped with the lotions.
Beware of over-lotioning: Too much of a good thing can go wrong. If the lotion is left on for too long, the lashes can be damaged and hang down flat. This cannot simply be corrected and the lashes have to grow back first.
