Tapes are indispensable aids in eyelash extensions that often do not get the recognition they deserve. However, when used correctly, they can actually improve performance and save time. Here are some tried and tested tips and tricks on how to make the most of tapes during an eyelash extension procedure.

Lifting the eyelid for a clear view of the eyelash roots

Tapes can be used effectively to lift the eyelid and fix excess skin. This allows an improved view of the roots of the natural eyelashes. This technique is particularly helpful for eyelash extensions as it allows for more precise and accurate placement of the extensions. By lifting the eyelid with the help of tapes, the work performance is optimized and a professional result is achieved.
In addition, flat natural eyelashes that rest on the eye pad are also lifted to prevent the eyelash extensions from sticking to the eye pad.
This avoids unnecessary detachment of the eyelash extensions and saves time.

Insider tip for inner and outer corners

Tapes can also be used to better reach the very short and fine lashes in the inner and outer corners. Correct application of the tapes makes these fine lashes visible and separates them. The illustrations show you how to do this.
