Scope of delivery:
1 x Fortune developer 3% - 50ml

Application:
Mix 8 to 10 drops of 3% hydrogen peroxide with approximately 1 to 2 cm of eyelash colour from the tube.
Then apply the mixture evenly to the eyebrows and eyelashes.
After leaving on for just 10 minutes, rinse the colour out thoroughly.
