From an order value of €99.00 net / €117.81 gross we deliver free of shipping costs.

Provision of digital content:
There areno shipping costs for digital content (data that is created and provided in digital form).
Digital content will be sent to you as a file by e-mail within 24 hours of conclusion of the contract (after the time of your payment instruction if advance payment has been agreed).

This email with access data for the provision of the digital content will be sent within 24 hours of the conclusion of the contract (after the time of your payment instruction ifadvance payment has been agreed).

Delivery times
In the case of goods individually designed according to customer requirements, the creation of the correction template takes place within 3-5 working days after conclusion of the contract, the execution of the design work as well as the delivery of the goods within 21-28 working days after approval of the correction template (in the case of agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction), unless otherwise stated in the respective offer .
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered within 3 - 5 working days in Germany and within 5 - 14 working days for deliveries abroad after conclusion of the contract (after the time of your payment instruction if advance payment has been agreed).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in a single shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
