we would like to inform you of an important change we are implementing at our beauty salon: the introduction of a cancellation fee for appointments that are not canceled or not canceled in a timely manner.
Effective immediately, a no-show fee of 50% of the treatment price will be charged if an appointment is not canceled at least 48 hours in advance or is not kept. This measure helps us manage our schedule efficiently and give other customers the opportunity to use our services.
