In the world of lash styling, we’re often surrounded by pictures and stories of work ranging from poor to downright disastrous. Some of it even borders on bodily harm. I, too, unfortunately went through a subpar and unprofessional training program. Why? Because I didn’t know any better and accepted what seemed like a tempting offer.
At first, I had no theoretical foundation, no proper instruction, and was made to work on a model right from the start without adequate preparation. A few eyelashes were pre-glued on for me, and then I had to continue on my own while the instructor attended to other clients.
